Listen warning signals from your body!

When you don’t feel better after exercising, there may be something wrong. It’s common and normal to have a certain amounts of stiffness at first. But if you pull a muscle or hurt a muscle, take a rest for several days to avoid injury.

Other symptoms that occur after exercising that you should concern include:

  1. Cold sweats
  2. Fainting
  3. Paleness
  4. Pain in upper body
  5. Pressure of upper body
  6. And sudden dizziness

The existence of these symptoms may point to a heart problem. To keep safe – see a doctor promptly if you experience one or some of them after exercising!

Warm up the muscles!

Before starting any exercise, don’t miss to take stretching in order to warm up your muscles! And if you want to take some different activity sessions, get for about 5 minutes of slow movement before moving from one activity session to the next different activity session.
