Do your breastfeeding!

Breastfeeding can be a natural way to burn more pounds of your excessive weight. It may burn about 600 – 800 calories /day, depending on how much you breastfeed your baby. Even there are some luckily women who can drop almost their baby weight by only breastfeeding their baby and not exercising much.

Some studies confirm that exclusively breastfeeding after pregnancy can help restore the pre-pregnancy weight more quickly. Moreover, breastfeeding is also crucial for the growth of your baby in the first year of life. So, there is no reason of why you don’t want to breastfeed your baby!

According to an article published on WebMD, a study found that new moms with seven hours of sleep a day are more likely to lose more pounds of baby weigh than other women who only slept 5 hours of sleep or less /day.

You can get tired more easily when you have sleep deprivation. And did you know that being tired can trigger your body to release some stress hormones (such as cortisol) that can make difficult to the way of losing your baby weight. These stress hormones also put you at greater chance of losing control of what you eat. Furthermore if you are being tired, you are also more likely to have less of physical activity!

Unfortunately, becoming a new mom can be stressful – you will have less time for your sleep because you need to care your baby. Therefore take your chance if you have! If you baby sleeps, catch as many naps as you have to get plenty of sleep! Work together with your partner to organize your sleep!
