Using sunscreen is a must

This is particularly true when you’re going for outdoor activities. Anti-aging routines could be serum, exfoliants, creams, cleansers, or something else. But none that can replace the requirement for daily UV rays protection!

  3. It is always the last thing you apply. Don’t apply it before other skin products, or it will work ineffectively.

No matter how powerful your anti-wrinkle skin care line, they would be almost useless if you ignore on acing the basics. Besides protecting your skin from UV rays, do also the following:

  4. Manage your stress! Stress is bad for the balance of your blood flow, so is the skin health. It would also make your skin become more sensitive.
