Things Men Can Do to Increase Chance of Pregnancy
… Continuing …
For some couples that often fail to get a conception, they tend to find herbal or other alternative treatments. The label of ‘herbal’ is often considered safer than conventional medications that contain potent chemicals.
But you need to know that not all of herbal remedies are safe and approved by the FDA! Even some may be counterproductive or even harmful for normal reproductive organs. To keep safe, discuss first with your doctor before trying any herbal remedies!
Some medicines are reported can be potential to decrease male fertility, even some of them are prescription medicines. These medicines may include some anti-hypertensive medications and some antibiotics. If you are taking certain medicines and you in-doubt whether they can affect your chance of getting your partner pregnant, consult more with your doctor!
If you choose to use a lubricant for intercourse with your partner, choose one that is safe for sperm. In general, lubricants don’t kill sperm, but lubricants can inhibit the movement of sperm. Lubricants such as K-Y jelly, saliva, or lotions are reported can decrease the sperm motility which means there will be less number of sperm that reach into the female cervix.
The best time to increase the chance of pregnancy is doing intercourse 1-2 days before ovulation, during ovulation, and 1-2 days after ovulation. No matter how fertile you are, but if you do it when there is no egg for fertilization, the conception will not occur. Therefore, it’s important to know the day of ovulation (the time of when egg released from follicle) of your partner.
The traditional position of intercourse (woman is positioned on the bottom of man) is considered as best position to improve the chance of getting pregnancy. It will help you penetrate more deeply. As a result, there is a better chance for sperm to get closer with the cervical entry.
Furthermore, ask your partner to keep sleeping /lying on the back for about 20-30 minutes after intercourse. This can help allow sperms to have a better chance of finding their way into the fallopian tube to fertilize the egg.

I have mast*rb*ted for 10years. Can this effect my fertility.. because now I’m 31 and I want a baby but I have no luck.. I don’t know what is my problem
In general, what you did above should have nothing to do with fertility. Male fertility is attributed by lots of things. It’d better to see a doctor for comprehensive evaluation.
